Presidency

The 20-member Governing Board of the Conference of European Churches meets twice annually to oversee the implementation of the decisions of the assembly.

In June, the 2023 Tallinn General Assembly of the Conference of European Churches elected a new presidency. H.E. Archbishop Nikitas of Thyateira and Great Britain of the Ecumenical Patriarchate was elected as president; and Rt Rev. Dr Dagmar Winter and Rev. Frank Kopania as vice presidents.
